I've worked with King Valet at a downtown boutique hotel for about a year now. Their staff is always reliable, good level of service and the managers are responsive towards any issues or suggestions. They can tell that they take ownership and pride in delivering quality service to their customers which is a requirement in a luxury hotel setting. They create a great first and last impression of our hotel and we're thankful to have partnered up with them.
