I ask for a flat iron and a hair protector, the manager (Nervie, not sure if she gave me her real name)wasn't able to tell me the difference between the irons or how to use the hair protection, did not really know the products and wasn't interested to help at all, she was making faces and having an attitude.Regardless of the bad service, I end up buying a flat iron but 5min after I dicided to return it.She did not agree in the refund even tho she knew I bought it 5min ago.Not professional service.Please train your staff and advice them to explain policies.

Lovely environment & I was grateful to have had a wonderful hairdresser (Imane) do the colour + the cut I wanted. Super sweet and great at listening to what the customer wants. A definite 5/5.

My wife went there to buy a professional shampoo. She has sensitive skin, so she needed to have some advice ok the brand selection. The associate did not really know the product well and wasn't interested to help her.She ended up buying a brand she used already, which wasn't the best.Not professional service.Please train your staff.

I really love !! The magnificent job that Iman didn't do with my hair.She is very professional, and respectful. She listened what I wanted and did exactly what I was expecting. I recommend her.

DO NOT TELL ME TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL! You have my coordinates so YOU do the contacting!So horrible! I ordered a make up palette to pick up in store, and got my email that all was ready. So I drive 40 min in traffic and snow to pick up my order. I get there, the woman says my palette has no box and inside the make up looked used. She asked if I still wanted to take it. So she knew and never gave me a call to tellme in advance of the defects for an 80$ palette!I mentioned to her that a call and she said, “oh it’s not me it’s customer service”. Uhm who prepared the order and JUST pointed out all of the defects? YOU!This was a first time and NEVER AGAIN!!!

On two separate occasions I have visited this store and felt that I was being followed around the place after politely declining the employee’s help. It’s so obvious that I never spend more than a few minutes inside the store because it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I would assume that it is related to my skin colour but based on other reviews, this appears to be an annoying habit you subject your customers to regardless of race. I’m sorry but if you feel that can’t trust patrons to not steal your merchandise to the point that you are directly interfering with their shopping experience, you are doing an exceptionally poor job at running a business. No wonder I barely see more than a few people inside the store at any given time, even on the busiest of days. And the one employee I dealt with who did try to help in earnest, it’s too obvious at this point that your employees aren’t trained to be knowledgeable about products at all. They give up and tell you to buy a cheap, low quality product at another store (and inadvertently promote a competing business in the process). Even if you have products that interest me, I have no desire to reward your poor customer service with my money. Do better, please.

I show up for a haircut / coloring without appointment and Imen was great, she did all the work I needed for my hair - I was also in a rush, she was very fast and efficient!I will definetly return and ask for Imen - but I will make an appointment before! :)

Usually I enjoy going to this place, but this one lady that had brown-ish orange hair did a really poor job at helping us. She acted like she knew everything to do with bleaching, colour erasing, and hair dying. Instead of bleaching the faint blue of my hair, she recommended Colour Reset (a colour eraser) and I later found out the reason it didn't work was because the colour was semi-permanent and not permanent. We even showed her the colour we previously used, and directly told her it was semi-permanent and she had the upmost confidence in it working. But after a long process it did nothing but make my hair feel like it was bleached and nasty, it really seemed like she cared more about selling a $22+ product than making sure everything goes well. I could've just bought 2 bleach packs for $8, but now that money and time is wasted all thanks to her poor knowledge.

My first and LAST time shopping at Eleganza (Went Sunday October 30th) Donna gave me excellent service cause she tried her best to speak to me in English...as for the MANAGER and the cashier (young lady with long black hair wearing glasses) wow you two ladies need to go back to school and learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE RUDE RUDE..I get better service at Mat&Max ..Have a nice day
