Got my Mazda 3 tinted here (5%).From phone to pickup, SuperTint's customer service has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly and always smiling.I'm very pleased with the new look of my vehicle. They did a wonderful job!

Unhappy customer. I would recommend other places. I got some 3 M pieces cut at super tint.I waisted 2 of my days trying to organize an appointment with a friend to install the 3M.After realizing that the bumper was improperly cut. I waisted more time and tried to return these items that weren't used. This Professional" business owner did not want to refund me anything other than just the bumper. If anything I'd of been happier if he'd of offered to re-cut the bumper. I told him to keep his 3M bumper pattern and his refund !!! And I left. If this is how you treat your customers. You might need that refund $$$ in court.Now you have a nice day"

BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREJust want all to know and be absolutely careful when dealing with this company. Damaged my vehicle, and denied any responsibility whatsoever after causing $884.50 in damages. The cost for the services I received was charged to me at a higher price than I was quoted when booking my appointment. And after calling the owner in an attempt to discuss the matter in a civil way, he just denied that there was any responsibility and then called the police to demand that they retrieve the tool that I told the owner his technician left in my car that was actually very obviously the piece of plastic that was used to cause the damage. This company will rip you off in numerous ways if they can get away with it - and they are!! The tint job done was also quite unsatisfactory. One of the windows has been left with too much dirt under the film that was applied and has had bubbles from day 1. As a consumer who is always interested in saving a few dollars, but is sometimes too trusting, this is definitely one of those times that I learned that this shop wasn't worth the headache to get a lower price...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
