Good stuff, not what i needed, but great shop.

Andrew and son were called to fix my incline on treadmill. It has been 2.5 months and still not fixed. First ordered and installed new incline motor. Still didn’t work. They then suggested ordering new control board. Well guess what. They forgot to order. Finally had to remind them. Then installed new board and still didn’t work. Now they are dumbfounded and don’t know the problem. So charged almost $800 for new parts and labour ( not sure old parts were broken), and still no incline. Stay away from these amateurs. I guess you get what you pay for.

Andrew spent 2 hours fixing our 8 year old treadmill and now it works perfectly! He is very organized and professional! We will happily use his companies services in the future! Thank you Andrew!

Andrew and his team have been of phenomenal service to our studio. They have kept all of our equipment in great working order, and are quick to respond and assist with any maintenance issue that arise! We are grateful for their service. Would highly recommend.

Kind and informative. I had some concerns about my treadmill and Andrew made a few minor adjustments and walked me through the maintenance process so I will be able to maintain my machine moving forward.

Andrew was great in helping me with my treadmill! He was thorough, showed me what the issues was, explained how to fix it - the service was great! I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others!

I wish the prognosis was more to my favor but Andrew thoroughly inspected and diagnosed my treadmill as having 2 issues to fix. Once he found the first problem he didn't stop there and checked everything else to get me an accurate list of repairs. We will have to decide if we want to repair our treadmill but I would highly recommend Perpetual!
