Very bad service. Desk clerk at tool rental new all day that the tool doesn't even work, but doesn't cancel our reservation. We wait 30 min to be served at reservation time only to be told, Oh I forgot to cancel it" garbage service"

Answer you darn phones! All department ts hang up on you... store is open.. tried like 10 times.. ignore... huge companies can't even bother to answer the phones anymore..
