I travelled with Viva & YRT buses today for the first time in several years.Every driver was so helpful and courteous!Air conditioned, clean and a relaxing ride.Quite enjoyed the convenience of public transit and not navigating traffic myself.Many thanks!

We hired YRT Mobility-on-Request to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. They cancelled on her at the last moment two times leaving her unable to get to the appointment. The driver arrived late for one appointment and spoke in a nasty tone.

All these bus lane and bicycle lane constructions in York Region making traffic even worse. Left turn signals, insanely long traffic signal cycle times, and yet STILL NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE TRANSIT/BUS. Awful transit planning. York Region isn't downtown Toronto.. people prefer the privacy and COMFORT of their private vehicles.

Today my 60 year old mother was trapped in this decade's worst blizzard and was forced to abandon her vehicle at her workplace and resorting to taking local transit. After two buses not in service" passed her in the snow

Whenever I dial the 1119 number it comes up as a counselling service for Islamic people. It rings to Mobility Plus but it gives the wrong name. Anybody else get that too? Mobility Plus has never heard of this happening before. Just curious.

Never on time, both drivers and customer service reps have attitude alike, prices go up while service goes down. Not to mention any complaints you make gets you absolutely nowhere

This yrt bus service is terrible! Almost no bus was running. Yrt app inaccurate and delay update. 2 hours transfer window is not enough because of the time management of the drivers on the road and frequency of the bus. If I can give a zero star I would! Dirty bus!
