DONT recommend their Group Health and Dental benefit. Please save your company and employee the complains, headache and grief. You get what you pay. Gave me a hard time with my orthotic claims even with doctor prescription. This company has the confident to state that my condition don't warrant treatment which left me baffled as they never seen nor assessed my condition and to question my doctors medical judgement was unbelievable and I never encountered such kind of insurance. AVOID.

very bad customer service. I was on the phone on hold for one hour, and then got transferred to 4 different agents ( kept saying its not there department to help) and eventually hung up after 2 hours on the phone. bad service and do not recommend

This has to be the worst company. So frustrating to deal with, very inconsistent with what is covered. No explanation for refusal to pay what is owed. covers specific services and lab tests for one member, and not for another under the same policy. This company does not offer direct billing for anything but dental. I would not recommend this company to any company or individual.

I wish my company didn’t switch to Equitable Health. Terrible.Gave my pharmacists the go ahead saying something was covered to $$ value. When we send the claim it wasn’t covered as the same amount we were told over the phone.Pharmacist was surprised how much she was put on hold over the phone too.

Probably the worst experience I've had with any insurance group. My employees get their claims rejected frequently, the women who answer the phones are constantly rude and condescending and the company overall shows absolutely no regard for their customers. If I could opt out of paying these people I would take the opportunity 7 days a week! I would rather pay higher taxes for shabby, socialized, healthcare and I'm a libertarian. 0/10 just shut the doors already.
