Staff always great, really went out of their way to find me the perfect colour of umbrella. If you need parts for your pool or hot tub their experienced staff will come to the rescue.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service.Tried to get advice for a SMALL pool. Seems like that person either had NO clue or didn't care to pay attention... and then WALKED AWAY while we're trying to understand what products to get and how to use them.Never. Ever. Ever. Again.Update: I then made my way to a different store and was advised I absolutely did NOT need any of the things the employee at Aqua Bay nonchalantly picked up and told me I needed.

The worst customer service even dealing with the boss .Waited for a month for a liner quote with no call backs . voice mail is always full. Not your store if you expect resonable results !

The prices are reasonable but the service is some of the worst I have ever seen.Pam was very nice but I had to call back over 10 times to find out that I would not be getting my order as they forgot to pick it up from their warehouse in Toronto twice over the course of two weeks.I have now had to cancel the insulation of my pool and re book it for two weeks later.I have since placed an order with Pool Supplies Canada.

Not sure who the guy I was that I dealt with all I wanted was my pool water tested when I told him I wasn't really sure what size the pool was for we just moved into the house but I already had chemicals for the pool he got very rude when I told him that I didn't need chemicals right now I just needed my pool water tested he proceeded to test my water by throwing everything around in the back like pouring the pool water in the tester and then chucking it in the sink and just like not being very professional about it at all you lost my business right there.

One of the pumps in my hot tub died in 20-below weather. Pam had the pump that I needed in stock and found it for me immediately -- way up on the top shelf, far in the back. It was an easy install and worked like a charm. A pleasure doing business with you, as always!

My husband and I won't go anywhere else! We love the service we get when we walk in the store. Always greeted with a smile and it never ceases to amaze me how much knowledge they have. Always willing to give advice and help even if it means they won't make any money. We've been to a couple other places in the area and Aqua Bay, by far, exceeds expectations. Thank you for being so helpful!

I have been dealing with AquaBay for five years now ever since we got our above ground pool. I buy all my chemicals there, get my water, tested, pool toys, and equipment.ALWAYS such friendly service. Everything seems a bit cheaper than the other 2-3 major pool placesGreat small business!

Use to go to aqua bay when it was in the smaller place...since they have taken over the old pioneer place there service is horrible.I use to put faith in what they told us to do...back in the day the customer service there was amazing.Over the past 2 years I have noticed a horrible decline in service and have felt they are trying to line their pockets rather than being helpful.I hadd my water tested this year and was sold 50.00 of chemicals.I was assured it would correct the problem of cloudy bottom of my pool.We asked when to put the chemicals in as well as the order so it wouldn't cause further issues (we even had him write it down).My problem has NEVER gotten better, it only worsened and all the levels are off the chart....we took another sample in and we're told we needed more chemicals.I spoke up and said how unaccountable their staff was and how unimpressed I was.Needless to say I won't ever go back their again.Horrible all around

Worst experience ever! Numerous calls with no return calls. Missed appointments, showed up unprepared with appropriate servicing parts. When we finally, after more than three months trying to work with these people, went to their store. Upon arrival we were told getting a bill for services would take two hours, however on insistence they eventually produced a bill. Stay away
