The worst office ever to obtain services from. They charge you and don’t deliver anytime of progress or solution to your issue yet somehow always preach they are for your best interest. Scam paralegal services is what this place is in my opinion.

I had a problem with a store that sold me substandard flooring and did not stand behind their product so I was stuck with defective flooring. Despite my efforts the store and manufacturer would not give me a refund. I decided to take this to small claims court. I contacted Covey Paralegal and Kimberley was amazing. She is very experienced, knowlegeable and efficient. She explained the small claims court process to me and prepared all of the necessary documents. She was firm and assertive with the store and manufacturer and shortly after they received their court documents they agreed to settle and within a week I had a cheque from the store. Kimberly finalized all documentation at the conclusion of the process. The rate Covey Paralegal charged was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Covey Paralegal.
