Went on a Saturday morning, wasn't too busy when I first arrived.I need wide shoes, they seem to be hard to find in most stores, especially in size 12. An employee helped me with some options and let me know most have a sticker calling them out. They had a large variety, didn't take long to pick two casuals and dress. Will probably be going back for hiking. All the ones I picked were $119, think one was on sale from $159

This was my first visit to this branch. I was looking for a pair of comfortable outing shoes. After about an hour, I finally found something. But not in my exact size. Wagid( I hope I spelt his name right) had attended to me. He and some of his associates had helped me look to see if my size was available and if it could be ordered to my home. Yes, it could be done. I paid for the shoes.I told the store associate that I needed to go check the store again for any other shoes I might have fancied but weren't in my size. He agreed. By the time I returned, his station was being manned by the store manager Amanda. I told her what my intentions were. She checked the system and said this new set of shoes were available in 10 but she needed to order them to the store. She mentioned that I needed to pay for them so I did.Now I had follow up questions. But she seemed to be in a hurry to attend to the next customer. Was my purchase not valuable enough? Or was it the color of my skin that was the issue? This isn't new.I know I didn't feel like a valued customer. I am not borrowing the shoes. If I have follow up questions, you should be patient enough to answer them. Not act dismissive first then follow up with an apology about how you weren't sure I paid for the shoes. You can be better.

I love shopping here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of footwear at very affordable prices.

I have been to this store on multiple occasions. And the staff is always so kind and sweet. This last time I went they all went above and beyond. Emaan a younger associate was so wonderful with my son this guy is the best ! He is amazing. He isn’t the only one. The staff there are all so great ! Whoever’s hiring should hire for every store. I can’t say enough good things !Kind staff no attitude. Always so helpful.

Options are good but the old white lady working here is rude, no response for hi or thank you..needs some basic training

No confirmation email was sent on the online purchase made at store, need to come back all the way from Kingston to find out the order was canceled as they were low on stock.

Some good deals. Counter staff was very nice.

Employees need a training on how to talk to Customers.They were rude and condescending when asked about specific pair that was showing available online, at this store
