J.W. Bliss Plumbing

J.W. Bliss Plumbing installed a new water softener and a few other little things in our home. The technicians were very good and knew exactly what they were talking about. In addition, they finished the project early then estimated which was great.

Gave me an honest idea of price and scope of work over the phone and also came out to look everything over to do an estimate. Arrived the next day and completed the job! J.W. Bliss did double the work and included a new toilet and faucet for the same price Mr. Rooter quoted to do much, much less!

Got quoted a price and when it came time to pay it was $150 more. If I knew prior to servicesbinwoildnof said no. Also they changed an outside faucet that wasn't broken and I had to pay for that as well. Horrible experience but they did knock a whopping $50 off. Not enough to make me go back.Figured I'd give them a try again and once they got my name they recalled me from this review and price went from $250 to $495 to refusing to service.

A truly 'blissful' plumbing experience! Mr. Bliss did great work, followed up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and working out for us, and was friendly, courteous, timely, and professional as well. One of the best plumbing companies around.

Overall I have been very pleased with the work that J.W. Bliss Plumbing has done for us. The service technician that came out to the house was great. He kept us informed regarding everything he was doing and was very respectful of our home.

After calling 10 plumbers In the area, J.W Bliss was able to come out same day to repair my shower. The technicians called me every step of the way to inform me of what was wrong and what they were repairing. They took the time to explain everything to me, and were extremely easy to work with! Thank you again!

Our toilets began leaking after having new flooring installed in our home. We called another company initially to repair the 2 toilets. After a few weeks they were leaking again. My husband attempted numerous times to fix the toilets on his own but to no avail. I finally said Pay someone to fix it right"! He looked at on line reviews and decided to go with Bliss as they had many positive reviews and were willing to guarantee all work. We purchased 2 new toilets(as ours were 18years old) thru Bliss and had them installed. Jeffery came out with his apprentice

They came promptly to fix my plugged kitchen drain. Charged $250 and still drained somewhat slowly. Within a week sink drain was completely plugged. During that week we did not put ANYTHING down the disposal except water. Had to call someone else. (Goyette) They fixed it promptly, charged only $122.50 and drain works great. Would not use Bliss Plumbing again or recommend

I have had him come out 4 times. First time he didnt insulate the pipes so they froze and he came out again and price gouged me rather than fix it free since it was his fault. 2nd time he fixed a clog and replaced drain pipes when removing a garbage disposal. He did not install the drain pipes corectly as they keep falling off and causing water damage. He also overcharged me a few times when I checked average rates. I now have to hire a different plumber to fix my kitchen sink drain mess he left me.

I'd give this company 10 stars!! Jeff came out and worked on my outside line and when he determined a water jet was needed to clear the line he not only called a company to verify when they were available he also didnt charge me for the time he spent working on my line. Jeff even followed up with me to ensure things were taken care of and flowing properly. You dont find this kind of honesty, integrity and customer service very often these days. Jeff will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs in the future and the one I will highly recommend to any who are seeking an honest, reputable, knowledgeable company with years of experience. I cant thank you enough Mr. Bliss!!!
