Lovely staff here. They refunded me for an unused bag of bedding which I needed to return after our pet passed away. No receipt, no account - but they kindly didn’t make a fuss and were very empathetic. Thanks ladies.

Customer service at all Bosleys has been first class. I experienced over the top service after buying a large bag of Kitty litter too heavy for me. Thore offered to carry it to my car which was quite a hike down the street. Thank you!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place for your 4 legged friend to have a bath! DIY which is perfect for my anxious dog and excellent not to have the mess at home.

Honestly, the customer service here is amazing. I went with my 4 month old Great Dane pup and they were so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with her. They know their product well and with having a larger dog they knew what would be good for her and what we should stay away from. Not trying to take your money, they just want what’s best for your pooch. Thanks everyone there.

I've just returned from Bosley's N Van Lonsdale and couldn't wait to get home to write a review. Athena, Emily, Marcus and Marie ... have all been over the top exceptional working with me to troubleshoot our cat who has vomiting issues. Frankly they deserve a 100/10. I was in tears at one point and they were so understanding and came with so much experience and options to treat my cat. We are still testing options but they have been so helpful!!

Our dog got sick after switching to a new kibble. I went back and hoped to replace it with the same type we have been using for 9 years. Not only the store staff played the Policy card and hard denied my request right away, he didn’t show any sympathy. I didn’t think he cared at all. If you don’t care, you shouldn’t be in the pet business. It is not a local pet store I would like to visit in the future. I will be driving 5 more minutes to a store in Lynn Valley.
