I recently called to inquire about a telecommunications service as I was under the impression that is exactly what Royal Digital does as is stated by their byline on Google and as I was told by a colleague. When I called a lady picked up and upon hearing my voice she immediately placed me on hold with no warning for absolutely no apparent reason, once the hold ended a man started speaking and I asked him if they indeed do telecommunications and he stated they do not. I then went on to ask him what exactly it is that they do then, and this person blatantly ignored my question and cut the phone on me. A complete and utter mockery of having a care for potential customers.
