Staff were chatting behind the counter. Never greeted me, or the other potential customers walking in. I said hello to them, they replied then continued their conversation twith each other. I walked around the whole store, stopping to look at several items more closely. Staff never offered any help. Staff also ignored the other people in the store who were looking at very specific items.

I was really impressed with how the people I talked to here seemed to have an answer for every question I asked. I took home some Dakine luggage and it worked perfectly for my last trip. The staff even went the extra mile to help me find what adapters/converters I needed for all the countries I was planning on visiting. Not even the people at Best Buy were able to help me with that--I can definitely recommend a visit if you have any questions or need help.

I bought 3 pieces of luggage here. The customer service was excellent and the staff was super knowledgeable about their products. They took the overwhelming feelings away from buying laughed which is a committed purchase for me.

This store has everything that you could possible need for traveling. The staff here are really friendly, knowledgeable and gives amazing travel tips. They have excellent quality product.They have many varieties that will meet your needs. From shopping here few times, they will make sure that you leave satisfy in the product that you are buying. Bags N All by far has the best customer services.This is just one of the products I bought and I must say I am very pleased. I love the fact, that you can take it apart, it is compact and it is also casual yet dressy.
