Second reply:You have the wrong person, we didn't request nothing from you. Hire people on a Saturday, when it's more crowded, if you care about your staff!! You were taking people behind us! If it makes you feel better to find excuses, great for you! Honesty is free!**************************There is no service there! The employees seem stressed. We went once with a group and this guy (bearded glasses) told us they wouldn't take anyone, just 2 servers, that they were understaffed. We insisted, he grumbled, but we sat down, we didn't feel welcome! The second time, we went on Feb 25 with a group of 10 around 8:30. That same guy (bearded glasses) was there, he told us that there was a 45 minute wait but we saw available tables!! After questioning he said that one section was closed (although there were 2 people sitting there) and there were only 2 people serving! We come from LaSalle for nothing! These two times were on Saturday! Goodbye to that place! The one on the West island, the staff and service is beyond fantastic - and that's where we ended up!

Poor service, and even poorer attitude at Rockaberry Laval. Waiter came to see us once to take our order, gave us our order and never saw him again. On the way out we asked to take away the piece of pie that was left. They accused me of not tipping (which I did despite the terrible service) and gave us a hard time for asking for a takeaway box. Threw the short blond girl at the register a 20$ bill and walked out. Will never come back here.

We were a group of 6 people . Told at 7:30 pm that they were closing . Waitress even confirmed they close at 9 pm, however . They decided " to close earlier today cause they had "no more food to provide us." Just 4 pies were displayed on the counter. Chairs were already placed on the table as tho they were ready to mop the floor. They completely disregarded costumers that were already sitting down . If you can't respect your business hours

You must know by now how amazing these pies are. If you don't, stop scrolling and just go get a pie.The only negative thing about Rockaberry is picking which pie you want because they are all so good and there are too many favourites.The location on St Martin in Laval is my favourite. Easy to get to and easy parking. Very nice store inside. It's a great place to eat or grab a coffee and dessert. Very nice service.This location always has entire fresh pies which are great to pick up for events or visits, or just because you deserve it!

Went to the one in DDO & order the table d’hôte. Food was good for me although my aunty said it was too spicy & salty for her. I liked the carrot cream soup & prefer their shortcakes rather than the blueberry crumb

The servers refused service our 15 ppl family. Claiming he would get stressed and worked up.We suggested to be patient to have a great family gathering yet they kicked us out where the place was almost empty.POOR SERVICE. 0/5 not 1

Came for cake and coffee with another couple last night 9:45pm. The place was empty. It took 10mins before someone came to us at the door and their first comment is ‘we close at 10:30pm’ I then responded to we’ll just have a coffee then. No one ever came to our table despite the many servers passing by our table. Horrible service- unwelcoming. Very disappointing to feel like they did not want to serve us, I will not be going to this rockaberries anymore.

i took raspberry fudge cheese and it was sooo good. the restaurant is pretty and they even have outside seating. the slices are big and the server was super nice!

This place has a really nice vibe to it.. it has nice decoration and good music.. It appears to be a popular place as there was a big crowd when I went.. the cakes are delicious and the portions are huge! You can easily share a piece between two.. they also have parking available.. the service is usually quick.. however some of the employees could use a smile..
