Terrible customer service. Went there yesterday before closing time. The white woman with dark long hair had a terrible attitude. Even though this is the nearest location to me, I wouldn’t mind making the drive to Thornhill, Mississauga or even Brampton location for friendlier service.

Love coming here. Great selection of products (treats, food, clothing, other supplies) as well as amazing staff always willing to help like Melissa and Alicia! Truly a great experience shopping here!

Overall great selection of all things you need for your dog/pet. I gave 4 stars because the treats/snack section could use more variety. My dog only eats Turkey and I found it quite difficult to find actual healthy treats with Turkey as the main source of protein which I think shouldn’t be difficult to provide.

I bought my dog a walking harness and couldn't figure out how to put it on. Staff member was amazing on how she helped us. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Took Covi with me to pick up his food for the month. From the look on his face he apparently enjoyed it more then I did. Wide selection, great price point. I got jealous in the end. He walked out with a treat by the courteous staff and I was left with the bill.

Today was my first visit to this location as we have a puppy coming. I asked a shelf merchandiser if he could help me (a large male, he may have been the manager). I asked if he could show me a display model of a large dog crate as they only had a small one on display. He pointed at slim cardboard boxes of unbuilt crates. I asked again if they had a display model. He pointed to a cardboard box again - he then picked up the small metal crate and literally slammed it on the floor in front of me and said that's what it looks like". Terrible experience of what is an exciting event in my life. Wow. I put all my items back and left the store and will NEVER go back. I'm still shaking 3 hours later.UPDATE: I've edited my review to a 4 star. The manager reached out to me and we have reached an amicable resolution. I have decided that I would make another visit to this location. My experience was not a reflection of management - Michelle was diligent

Great customer service, Francesco was awesome! So was another salesperson who took the time to talk to me about the different dog foods (sorry I didn't get her name) while Francesco was getting my grooming table from the back.Highly recommend Ren's! Not only great customer service and knowledgeable staff but quality products at good prices.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable (and also in love with my pupper). Thank you for being the awesome animal lovers you are! Chief is always stoked to visit!
