Never met an insurance company who can’t be bothered to sell insurance. Signed up with Inova a couple years ago and was fast and easy. Now that I need to make changes, wait hours on hold for them to tell me they can’t help me and someone else will call me, who never calls. I’m ready to cancel all existing accounts and find a company who wants my money. Additionally, I will be contacting Costco to advise them what a failure their business partner is.

Janae Malcolm was extremely patient and helpful with setting up my car and tenant insurance bundle. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions well, I am very pleased with the personability of her customer service. My policy is also very reasonably priced which is refreshing to see. Thanks again Janae!

Got quoted $55 per month to add occasional commercial use with my truck. I advised them that I would be travelling less than 5 km a year in my truck to support my small business. Shortly later, they advised that they could not insured me because the insurance company looked at my used as more than occasional. I confirmed that I would be travelling less than 5 km a year and they still advised they would not insured before occasional use.As frustrating as that was, I excepted it. Then, shortly later, they demanded I draft a letter to them confirming I will not be using my truck for commercial use!This is the second time I have had an issue with Nova with the first being way worse! I can not even get into that one.Save your time, money and stress…. Go anywhere else.

Worst company ever. Chat is useless. Can only book appointments. Hold times on the phone from 30min to over an hour (I waited an hour and 17 min today). Tried to ask about non owner car insurance so I can borrow cars and rent if I need to. Was told there is no such thing and the owner of the vehicles insurance is fine. I tried to explain it’s fine if there is an accident but I would get a ticket. She denied this is the case. They also Align you with even more horrible insurance companies. Had an accident Feb 10. Spoke to adjuster the day of accident. Never heard from him again. I had multiple numbers I had to call to find out what’s going on with my case. Took until April 5 to finally have it written off. Took my car rental before I even got my money. Now I have no car. No insurance as they only give you 14 days after the write off to get a car but I didn’t even have my money yet. My case was a unique case but if my adjuster made proper contact with me it would not have stretched out so long. In other words. Stay away!!!

Laura was exceptionally professional, courteous and kind. She was easy to understand and explained everything clearly. Her quote came in below my current provider by a significant amount. Therefore I switched to Inova. Very happy with my experience. Thank you Laura.

Great rates, but the company they got to handle my car insurance is very slow to respond. I felt uneasy during a claim that happened last year. I just didn't like that the person I was dealing didn't do a good job at communicating. I had to reach out to a Manager to finally settle my claim. I'm hoping the next time this happens, I won't deal with this kind of service again

We just switched our insurances over to Inova, and couldn’t be more happy with the service provided thus far. Amanda worked so hard to find us the best deal and was so friendly, proficient, professional, and quick at getting back to us and getting our insurance set up right away. And we ended up saving almost $400 a month combined insurance. So pleased! Definitely would recommend!

Just switched over 4 vehicles and a house to them, process was smooth, all my questions were answered and everything was laid out in front of me. (I see there are a lot of negative reviews here so I will adjust my review accordingly if I experience a negative) The broker I spoke with on the phone (Janae) was amazing and got me all set up! Saving almost $2000 a year switching.

I had a great experience with Samara at Inova getting coverage for both my car and home. She was professional, thorough, and very responsive. We were under a bit of a time crunch to get coverage bound, but Samara did everything at her end to make it happen. And it did!

Horrible service from one of the agents. Was having challenges with the policy and the communication was horrible. Who says you can’t have 2 active policies. The agent did not contact me and tell me there were problems. Really do not recommend this company. If it’s this hard with a quote. Imagine making a claim.
