I'm having a hard time ever reaching a worker... I've done more for my self then they can say they did for my family and honestly after losing EVERYTHING during this pandemic it would have been nice to get help but thats not so.ething they do ... it takes weeks if not a month to ever actually get any help or advice .. when the workers do there job they do a good job but then the weeks of no show No talk no work.. it adds up to are they really helping or just showing a little effort to show the big boys" they did the job with little interaction as possible ... trust me when I say the systems a joke... they clame they have funds but can't use the funds to help others in need... the less they use the more they like you.. the more help you need they put you on the back burner...."

Love the energy and enthusiasm of the staff and the programming has helped me meet new people and connect with supports in the community.

These people did not help me or respond to any of my written letters March 2022, that I needed help when I was in their care. Instead they believed in lies against me from the owner of the apartment I was renting. They accused me of what the owner lied to them about me. It was totally unfair and unprofessional leaving me vulnerable in the winter homeless and all my belongings were wrongfully thrown out. I still have the letter and it is an outrage how these people treated me. I lost everything and even with proof and references these people at this center were unfair, unprofessional, totally uncalled for and believed in lies against me leaving me totally wrecked and homeless. I should have never been treated how I was treated and no one showed ukd ever get away with that unprofessional bad treatment to anyone. But was inhumane and wrong

Seemingly too busy to even do a housing placement. I mean as an intake place for the Coordinated Entry program you'd think you could get any help but no 3 months and nothing. They must think that us homeless or hard to house"(cause we are not like everyone else out there with excellent credit & references & criminal past hmmm discrimination definitely). So much for "friendship center"."

They were to busy talking to help my family, we waited and waited...then said f#** it ,my spouses west Co Salish complexion was to light for them I guess ...lol
