I've had nothing but excellent experiences here, I shoo here for my elderly English grandmother who lives with me and I grew up on everything in that store so its nice that I can now get these items and give to my daughter as well to keep the traditions aliveLittle shocked that someone below had the nerve to complain that a dtore wanted to close early during a snowstorm, presumably to keep their own staff safe. I wholeheartedly stand by the store with this and am disappointed by the entitlement attitude behind a 1 star.

Went in with a list not knowing what half the items were. Staff were incredibly helpful and helped me find everything I needed.

omg the store is gorgeous alot of selection. LOVE their meat pies and bake goods. Fresh. New place is hugh. We will be back

What a truly hidden gem in Cambridge! Full of imported snacks and goods, I was so happy to find English Dairy Milk Buttons (my favourite!) Jams, crisps and custards are also found here.There's an assortment of frozen meats in the back, as well as cold drinks. I picked up a loaf of Scottish bread, which was SO soft and moist - I had a plain slice in my car because I was excited by how good the bread felt and it tastes DELICIOUS just on it's own, highly recommend. The chicken curry pastry is also so tasty, I am impatiently planning my next visit to try the other types.The store itself is basically spotless and maintained very well. The woman who checked me out was pleasant friendly.My only regret is ruining wonderbread for myself after having their Scottish bread.

Great selection but not a very good customer experience to be honest. Drove in from Kitchener in a snowstorm to buy some Christmas gifts for my English grandparents. I arrived at 4:25, they close at 5. After less than 5 minutes of shopping, the owner made one of his employees tell me to wrap up my shopping because he decided he wanted to close early. I would have spent a lot.more money if I had just been given another 10 minutes (and they stayed open until when they are advertsied to stay open). Poor customer service.

I thought place was clean . Little over priced 3 meat pies for 18 bucks and sweets 4.50 for each . Should be like maybe 14 bucks for 3 meat pies and 3.00 for sweets even with cost going up. Few selections for size of store.

We love this place. It is a little slice of home. It's the best place for vegetarian staples, like Quorn and Linda McCartney. The staff are lovely, and are a pleasure to talk to. The one thing I would wish for? More veggie options in their bakery.. it always smells soooooo good!

It was great selection! Bakery was looks so good. Feels like I am in England right now. I miss travel to England so much... But, when I come here makes me happy. I am glad I can come here.
