Fatburger Walnut Grove
I absolutely adore the staff at this location. I've always walked in and have been greeted with big smiles and great attitudes. There's a general friendliness that I really appreciate here. The food was really good and is always made properly to what you order. I will say the food is priced a bit high in my opinion but a good place to stop by as a treat. When I visited last with my boyfriend, our only 'negative' comment was that the music was pretty loud in the lobby and more so in the bathrooms. It didn't take away from our meals and our conversation.

Look at this folks... The kids meal clearly states it feeds up to and including kids of age 12. Now look how small the fries they gave. What the heck is this? Those fries will barely feed a 3 year old. I understand inflation is high, and businesses need to cut costs. But why are they ripping off on kids meals? Kids need to eat. I'm quite disappointed by this. Head office will be getting an email from me about this cheap tactic by Fatburger.

The food was fresh and hot. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a burger place. They were happy, attentive, and really cared about our experience. They also got our order right! I would recommend this fat burger any day of the week!

Amazing Service from the second we walked in (2 adults and toddler). I shamed my whole family by spilling Diet Coke all over myself (my fault) and they were so helpful at not making me feel like a giant loser that I appeared to be. They cleaned up the mess immediately, refilled my drink and helped us switch tables. If I was to dump an entire fountain drink on myself again, this is the place I want to do it. They even have a toy chest for toddlers that helped entertain my son. Because of this exceptional service, I will be back the next time we crave burgers. The food was tasty and great portion sizes as well! Don't be scared off by the price.

This Fatburger branch is my go to location! Whenever I visit with my friends or family the customer service is top notch and we are greeted with smiles from the moment we enter! The food preparation is quick and efficient and always has great presentation. The management team is lovely and often checks in with customers about their experience when visiting. Highly recommend!

My first time dining in at Fat Burger and it was great! The service was good, staff were welcoming and friendly, food was fresh and hot and didn't take long to prepare. My boyfriend and I were both impressed and will definitely be back to this location!! I'm craving another hot dog.

Service:Service is excellent. Employees are having a good time working there as they were laughing all the time.Food:Burger is REALLY good 10/10, juicy meat, melting cheese and all in all it was cook in a right way.Bun is sturdy enough to hold the patty and toppings without falling apart while providing a pleasant texture and taste.Patty is juciy not dry or greasy….The burger is as good as five guys.What needs to be improved though IMHO:Fries are below average, felt like something I buy from grocery freezer. They were a bit moisture and not crispy enough…it tastes a bit soggy.I ordered nachos fries and didn’t finish all the them.Milk shake: not thick enough, too slush and the flavour is not strong enough…Wings: too much moisture in it, it doesn’t have a good texture not crispy.Environment:Excellent environment, neat and clean!

My first time at FB. Absolutely great experience. The service, the food, the staff- everything excellent. Highly recommended. I had crispy chicken burger meal. Freshly made, burger and fries nice and hot, tasted really good, loved the way they serve it and bring it to ur table. All in all great experience. Kudos to the staff. Thank you..
