I had my thermos replaced back in 2014 or 2015. The crew was great, professional, friendly, took their shoes off as I am cleaning freak. I was very satisfied. Great product!

They need to better train their service technicians or send them with drop clothes to catch the broken glass.Had a seal go on one of my bedroom windows and since it was still under warranty they offered to replace the glass for a $115 service fee.After cutting away most of the caulking the technician tried to pull the window out, but it was still stuck on the lower half and cracked Rather then cutting away more of the caulking or removing the shims he decided to just pull harder. This shattered the glass and sent little shards of glass all over the floor and onto the rug. This seemed pretty unprofessional but I let it go, until I went to leave three hours later and found a large shard of glass had been run over in the driveway leaving more broken glass.When I called to tell them I was quite annoyed by this since my dog had spent the morning playing in the yard they told me that the glass breaks quite often when they are removing it. If this is the case I suggest you send your service technicians with drop clothes and something to keep the glass in so that I don't have to pick it out of my rug or driveway.

It’s been 3 years since we’ve had our windows and they’ve been nothing but trouble... 2 were replaced already and now another can’t close at all...of course we have to wait months to get someone to fix it meanwhile rain is coming in...ahh yeah and we have to pay a fee for repair even tho it’s on warranty

Poor serviceOne of our windows doesn't shut properly. All of our windows were changed 7 years ago and purchased with them. We purchased the house 4 years ago. We were told that they don't do anything because we didn't purchased the windows... but we purchased the house! It was black and white.Every members of our family own businesses and service is our highest priority.Well, there's room for improvement for sure.

Got my windows done two years ago. High quality windows with no more drafts and noisefrom the outside. Sam's renovations installed them to perfection and they are beautiful.

I purchased our house lot of windows and doors in 2003 and have had excelent experience with them they still look as fresh and new now in 2023 as they did when purchased,I would recomend them to anyone!

Staff at the front was very rude. Both ladies working made us feel like we were burdening them by being there. The way they spoke to us was not professional at all. I didn't feel like I could ask the questions I had as they seemed very confrontational and there responses were very abrupt. They also treated the lady before us the same way. This is not the way to treat your customers. EMAILED AS PER BELOW COMMENT FROM OWNER AND DIDNT GET A RESPONSE

We had a spring pop out of one of the windows that needed a special tool to put it back. Service charge of $115 for literally 30 seconds of work. Service rep refused any negotiation on the service charge. Not the best customer service. It was also several months after we had made the request that we got the service. Product quality has been good otherwise.

Terrible company. Will not honour warranty on windows and doors. If you don’t like pulling your hair out, avoid this company at all cost. 0 out if 10

Very poor service! We walked in for the second time trying to get a quote on $20k plus of windows and doors as well as siding for the house and garage. We were rudely brushed aside without any discussion of what we were looking for. The sales person told us to go to another location that sells their product. I would have rated them a zero but one star was as low as the rating scale goes.
