I had the most thorough tune up I have had in the 7 years of owning my Triathlon bike. I was sent a detailed list of recommended areas to concentrate on with an estimate and upon picking up my bike he went through, in detail what he did with the bike and provided me with a written report. He is my new bike mechanic moving forward especially since I am getting a new whip, I feel I can not trust it with anyone else other than him.

I brought Lukasz an old Norco road bike that had seen better days. He built me a brand new bike around my old frame - so it rides super well while keeping its character. Really pleased with the work - looking forward to riding it all summer.

A suburb knowledge of bikes - surpassed only by his kindness and attention. He's fluent in the language of bikes. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the options. Before taking my bike to him, it was fun to ride but now it's a pleasure and it feels 10 lbs lighter! I won't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Lukasz offers brilliantly customized repair services. He took time to discuss my needs and concerns about the bike, and then produced a detailed quote before starting his work. He told me promptly when he identified new repair issues as he took apart my components, and was honest about what needed fixing now vs in the future. There were no surprises. Best of all, he finished his work on schedule and I was riding again within a few days.Highly recommended.

I've had my Giant road bike worked on by Woodward Bicycle Co, and also had an old vintage frame rebuilt with new parts - both we're amazing experiences. Wbco is clearly equally committed to exceptional work and service (and it's a really cool shop!). Definitely recommend.

My only regret is that I didn’t meet Lukasz sooner when purchasing my (first) road bike! Lukasz took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know; why my chain kept jumping off, adjusted the bike to fit me, etc. He made me feel very comfortable as though no question was a bad question - very important when you’re a new biker!! He fixed a lot of issues that kept re-occurring that I wasn’t made aware before. He’s very knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed all while it being a super chill experience!! Highly recommended!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Woodard. Lukasz was friendly and customer oriented. He goes above and beyond to make sure your bike is well serviced. I brought in a 15 year old road bike, and he got it working like new again. I will definitely return in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about his service. The most thorough bike tune I have ever had and the attention to detail was way beyond my expectations. He is easy reliable, and will fix your bike to be the same, and help you understand what you need to do to keep it that way. Loved the whole experience.
