Changing my review to reflect current state of Management. Low oil after charging for an inspection, Oil filter was improperly installed with oil leaking from the filter seal,Workers seem to be brand new with no experience in shop to teach them, manager is sassy to customers and passive aggressive, sitting in her car when the workers are overwhelmed. The manager replies to these reviews as (owner) when she is not. And she left a 5 star review to boost ratings in her name (Jessica Schneider) I've been coming here since it opened in humboldt and my recent experience the past 3 times now is always negative. Revolving door business for employees. I'll update my review upon change of experience.

Outstanding, friendly service in Humboldt on my 2013 Ram 2500. As a part of their standard service, they performed additional checks that are beyond most quick oil change places including my regular place in Edmonton. Not only fluid levels, but fluid qualities as well as battery amperage to give an idea what it is at compared to new specs. Very impressed. Would like to see them in my neighborhood or a similar level of service from my local shops. I can't say enough about how pleased I was. Way to go. You definitely differentiate yourselves from others.

Was in with a buddy, and he asked for estimate on oil change. Estimate was given, but when it came time to pay the price was almost double. Cost is one thing, but deceptive quotes is the real problem.

Seems to be some new people running this place. I've used them before and never had a problem. Had an oil change a couple weeks ago. Noticed oil on driveway and car smelled like oil inside. Put it on ramps. Noticed the filter was smaller then previous and wrench wouldn't fit. Called and gave them the filter number. Told me it was the wrong one and to drop car off. Then they told me it was actually the correct one. Pulled dipstick when I got the car back and oil didn't register. So guessing the kid poured half the oil on the block and not into the engine. And they used to show you the dipstick before you left. They didn't do that this time. Wasn't compensated for the 2 day hassle. Won't be going back.

Called short notice. The lovely manger was able to fit us in quickly and they did a great job. Will go back.

Amazing customer service!Great service value for a great price.Oil change included battery and coolant tests, and windows washed.Everything clearly explained. No surprises when you get the bill. Much more attention to detail than most chain places.Would highly recommend.

Had an oil change done today. They didn't close the hood properly and it flew open on the highway. Last time, didn't fill rad properly after a flush. Not happy and won't be back.

Absolutely ridiculous service, took them 4 hours to change my tires. Then another 5 to change my husband's tires . In the process of this they lost my hub cap and took them 2 weeks to even order the new thing and only after I called. The customer service was awful I sat in the car the entire time as they proceeded to change three other people tires who came in after me . The manager was extremely rude and the staff was not knowledgeable in their trade. When my husband went in the manager yelled at him in front of customers and staff not to mention she also yelled at other customers asking why everything was taking so long. This business is supposed to be a quick stop in and out not at 5 hour stop. On another occasion they did an overall look over on my sister's car and told her everything was fine and charged her $30 when she got home she was down a liter of oil so they basically charged her 30 bucks to enflate 4 tires. The manager also expressed confidential information on other employees to customers . The owner was made aware of this . I will mention that we've been coming here for years and only had issues whith this new manager and staff. This review will be taken down after they employ different staff or fix these major issues

Specifically asked them to top up the tires as my TPS had gone off in the extreme cold and my tire pressure was a little low on one tire.Told me they did it...low & behold...they hadn't even touched it.

went in for a winter maintenance check and they charged me 30$ and didnt even check my oil. Dad checked it when i got home and it was down a litre.
