We bought a used tub ion Northern Ontario, with no model or serial numbers. We needed to order pillows that were not on the tub, and had no part numbers. I found Hot Tubs Ottawa Inc. online, and got in touch. They responded within minutes, on a SUNDAY! In dealing with these fine people, they had me take photos and send measurements, and they contacted the manufacturer, and they figured it out for us!!! We now have the replacement pillows which were very reasonably priced, shipped very quickly, and fit perfectly. They look amazing and we could not be more appreciative for the help and service we received from this business! Thank you!!

I wasted my time researching pool stores, one call to York and he ordered the part cheaper and faster then getting it on line!

Called them a few months ago because our hot tub wasn't working very well. They came first time, and couldn't do any inspection because the water was hot. Charged $200. Came again for a second time, had a quick look and said that the filter needed to be changed. Charged another $200. $400 total.We changed the filter, went for vacation and on the way back the hot tub was almost frozen. We messaged them. They never replied.They are not serious. I should have read the reviews before contacting them. Don't make the same mistake!REPLY: The company is absolutely correct. The service was on name of Christopher Ibey.REPLY 2: Clearly, you didn't follow up with us. We paid you $400. What are the solutions that you have to solve this issue?REPLY 3: Yes, the call was over 3 months ago, early January. Wed Jan 4th, tech came and the tub was at proper temperature, he advised that he could not inspect it, and asked that we get it down below 80, $192.09 charged for this visit. That day, we drained half of the tub and added cold water. Two days later he came back, lifted the filter out, and let the water run through and advised to change the filter. He said he could do it, but it would be an extra charge. Charged another $192.09 for this advice. Monday Jan 16th, we advised that with the new filter, the issue remained the same. Still no reply. Even now, a few days after this negative review, still no contact and no solution has been provided to resolve this issue. We have paid almost $400 for nothing.We would like to inform that we are opening a customer complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.

We have an older hot tub and although I was out of the service area, York from Hot Tubs Ottawa spent some time on the phone and then on text message to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. Turns out simply disconnecting the ozonator from the board revived our “otherwise left to rot” hot tub. We’re now using it daily again. Hot Tubs Ottawa has gained a glowing customer review and a future customer. Thank you! Your mindset and approach at customer service will certainly ensure an assured growth!

If your hot tub develops a leak the last thing you need is to be scrambling looking for someone to answer your call for help. I feel secure knowing that York and his staff at Hot Tubs Ottawa and are always there to receive an SOS and organize a repair.

Prompt response. York was generous with his time to troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician. Technician explained what he was doing and gave advice for proper maintenance/repair of our new to us tub. We will definitely use their service again.

Customer service is terrible. Uses call center to take messages that go unanswered. Asked for a shipping number, email unanswered. Was quoted free shipping, had to pay a fuel charge, was guaranteed delivery before Xmas several times. No answers or updatesEdit: Communication with clients can be better, as getting a response takes several attempts, but received cover as stated.

I am so grateful for York and his team! They helped me tremendously in resolving my hot tub emergency. They were prompt to respond to me and were able to calm me, even though I was quite anxious! I can’t thank them enough and trust them to take care of my hot tub in the future.

My husband and I just purchased a plug n play hot tub from this company. We were very pleased with the customer service provided - the team was knowledgeable and was were not pushing with the sale whatsoever. We love our new hot tub! 5/5 have already recommended to our friends and family!
