It took me over a year to find a replacement groomer after our other one retired, and I am SO glad it took that long. Lori is INCREDIBLE. She truly loves what she does and treats your fur-babies like they are her own.One of our pups has serious anxiety due to her age, which is why it's taken me so long to find a groomer that can work with her. She loved Lori right from the get go and felt so comfortable with her. Our other guy is so easy going, but again, at first visit, greeted her like they had known her for years.If you're in need of an amazing groomer and want 1 on 1, this is the place. You will not be disappointed. Your furbabies will absolutely love her!

I took my border collies and my mini schnauzer for the first time. They were all in need of a grooming. So much undercoat on my collies. They came out looking amazing and felt like silk. She did an amazing job. She took her time, was kind and gentle on reviving our dogs. My friends also noticed and will be calling her. Will definitely be going back with my dogs.

We found Lori just by chance, used to go to Pet Smart but they operate like a factory, no connection with the dogs they groomWe have been with Lori for 3 years can not say enough of the sincere care and commitment we found she has with our dogs. Lori is so good with our dogs and they actually enjoy coming here! The nail cutting is very affordable and really quick. Definitely impressed with the service! You can tell that she's a dog lover.

We have two Keeshonds, double coated breeds with a ton of hair. Lori always does a beautiful job of coats & nails at an exceedingly reasonable cost - she’s an excellent groomer and our dogs adore her, even the anxious one.

Lori is so friendly and pawsitive (ha! See what I did there?) We have multiple dogs and she’s great with all of them. Best groomer in the Wack!

My dog is very nervous and scared of most places however, he LOVES coming here! Lori is kind and gentle and the quality is outstanding. My dog always is so soft, happy and looks amazing after his haircut. We are so happy we found this gem in Chilliwack and someone we can trust.

Wonderful!! We had an incredibly difficult time finding anybody who would groom our big furry anxious 100 pound St. Bernard mix...Lori did a fantastic job! She got the stink out which I cannot believe! I’m very happy with her work and will be a regular customer from now on.

Lori did a fabulous job with our golden mountain dog. It was her first time at the groomers and she seemed very happy when we picked her up. You can tell Lori loves dogs and her prices are very affordable! We will definitely be back.
