Despite all the good reviews online and recommendations from family to go to ItalCaffe, I must reluctantly admit my ordinary experience. I take off one star because one of the technicians forgot to put back the dump box in the machine, therefore I couldn’t get it working anymore. Another star is for the same part which they didn't wanted to ship for free, they charge 15$+tx for shipping cost knowing that it was clearly a mistake from them. It's disappointing that they wouldn't accommodate me for such small amount when I'm 50+ km away. That being said, I did get my machine repaired and cleaned and that was perfectly done.

Staff is very knowledgeable and offer great customer service. We went in with a general idea of what coffee machine we wanted and we received helpful guidance choosing the right machine for our needs and budget. The store is lovely with a wide selection. The salesman took the time to answer all our questions and demonstrate certain functions. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Italcaffe!
