Ordered a pizza through the online portal tonight. After 1 hour and 45 mins. waiting I called and I was told I never ordered one (I absolutely did), after I gave my emailed confirmation number for the order was told the store tried to call (which they did not). Had enough of this place, will never order from them again. Shouldn't even get a star.

Love this Pizza Nova location, always on time. I've been ordering from this location for awhile now. They never disappoint. delivery driver is very friendly. Received a complimentary rice ball today. What a nice surprise. Tastes absolutely good. Thank you Pizza NoVa!

The place is great.I visited after midnight and tried three types of pizza. The carbon was okay, the prosciutto was awesome and the chicken spinach was great as well. The crust quality was okay but to be fair it was really late and I purchased pre made slices.The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly.Will definitely go back hoping to make the rating five stars

My husband and I have had Pizza Nova several times and enjoy the flavours of their pizzas. We get one Medium Veggie and one Medium Bacon, Pepperoni and Mushroom. Very tasty!

No Pepperoni slices and not going to make more....at 130pm....Gino's pizza will be happy to take your businessEdit: Still a disappointing location. Here at 12:50pm on a Tuesday and no Pepperoni pizza available or being made. Will not stop here again. Waste of time.

We ordered first time from Pizza Nova and it was pretty awesome. Pizza Florentine is what we ordered with classic sauce and not Pesto. It was awesome and tasty.
