Natural Food Pantry - Kanata

My first experience at this store was the worst customer experience ever! I asked for a senior discount on a product and the store manager came. Every product on the same counter was on sale so I asked about a discount. The manager said no and when I put the glass bottle back on the metal counter it made a sound (naturally) and the manager rushed over to say Don't break anything!" I said "nothing is broken I was just putting the bottle back." Then I was told not to come back to the store! Really? No problem and I recommend no on else shop there either! BTW I found what I needed at a competitor's organic store where they were VERY helpful. What's the old saying in business? You have only one chance to make a good first impression. This manager should be fired!"

When we lived in Stittsville, we went there fairly often. Since then, we have moved 'outa town' and, apparently lost sight of one of the finest stores we ever frequented. Went there today, looking for items I could not find elsewhere and ..... found them !!! And was helped out by two of the finest people we have met in far too long. Those of you who are interested in your finer foods will be well served by checking out this Natural and Unique Food Provider.

I don't have a huge experience with the store however I needed some pills and cleasing kits in panic and went there spent about $200 on the items. Few days later just for fun I checked their availability on Amazon and surprise surprise I think I wasted at least $80 by buying from them instead of Amazon. Won't return sorry brick and mortar store!

I have recently been visiting Natural Food Panty more frequently and I have nothing but good things to say. They have a great selection, the items I purchase are always in stock and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

I think they have the best selection of healthy foods in the West End. I have two other natural food stores walking distance from my home, but always prefer to drive to the Natural Food Pantry as they have everything I need for sure (other stores don't even order some of the products). The store is always clean and well organized. A bit pricy, but sometimes you don't have a choice...

First time looking for natto supplements. The staff were awesome. I have been guided very well about the product and it helped me to make a decision. Thank you so much!

Being Celiac it is hard to find good pastas, gravies, etc. this store was 1 place I know will have a wide variety for me to choose from including vitamins, skin products etc. they do have a great selection. I still go but not as often since they moved off Hazeldean into Sittsville, because they really raised the prices of their goods making it more of a treat then a place to get groceries.

I love the selection of vegan items they have at this store - some items can be a bit more expensive than other stores carrying the same brands, but NFP always has my staple foods in stock - I'd rather pay a bit extra then drive around trying my luck at other stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well :)

Great service. Very friendly and super healthy foods here. It all tastes amazing. A little expensive but good. AMAZING PEANUT BUTTER!!

My only complaint would be that the prices on a few things I buy regularly are a bit high (my gluten free flour, one supplement, and some of the canned items), but on a few others the price is lower than other places, so it works itself out. Their produce is always fresh and lasts awhile, and good selection. The price of produce is pretty good too, I like that I can go here and get most of my produce, saving a trip to the grocery store. The regular cashier I get is super nice, It's a great experience going to this store.
