We had no heat and Mike drove in from Williams Lake asap. He identified a problem with our ignitor ordered a new and replaced it right away. I should mention that we live 100 mile house. I am grateful for his experience and swiftness.thank you

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to install our furnace system within a few days. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what was needed. I would recommend him for any furnace or air conditioning work and will be using his services again to install my gas stove. Thank you so much!

If I could give a higher rating I would! Mike was very fast and efficient when installing our new furnace. He demonstrated a great knowledge base when answering questions and was very easy to talk to. He offered many different options as well as affordable pricing. I will definitely be going with Journeyman Heating from now on!

Mike Ronalds, Lead Technician, was easy to contact, highly responsive and extemely punctual. Was here twice, once for the diagnostics and the second time with all of the parts required to keep the furnace operating at top efficency. He shows you with detailed videos of exactly what is required and why and explains everything in detail - refreshing!! He's available 7 days a week and nights as well to accomodate your schedule rather than his. His hourly rate is the best around and offers a seniors discount on both parts and labour - I'm impressed!!

Mike rescued us at the 11th hour on Christmas Eve day when our furnace decided it no longer wanted to be a furnace. He took our call at 7am, was here by 8 and done within the hour. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to hiring him again to make some further repairs to our furnace.

10/10 - Super happy with the service! Mike is a very professionell and nice technician. He explained everything in detail and took time to inspect everything.Not once did I get the feeling he wants to sell something that I don’t really need and was very upfront with costs etc.
