The store was a complete disaster, i heard the manager yelling at staff and belittling them infront of many customers and staff members, this behavior is so unacceptable. I do not appreciate people talking to their staff that way it was unacceptable.

Bought 2 pair of jeans for my daughter, fantastic price. I can't believe the mess customers leave during the day for the staff to clean up. It was overwhelming empty containers on displays, shoes all over, items on the floor, yikes.

The place was TRASHED!!! OMG I was stunned by the disarray in the store on Saturday. It looked like a bomb had gone off in the place. When I asked the cashier if she was upset by the way the younger set that shops their treats their merchandise, she just shrugged and said we hire people to come in and fix it up for us at the end of the day!" Umm... someone has to PAY those people

I can forgive lack of product due to supply chain issues, but not the lack of customer service. Two people in line and three staff at the counter, only one actually helping customers. One cashier literally looked right at me, ignored me and stood around doing, well nothing and walked away. I was literally the only customer left in line and yet not one of the three staff could be bothered to ring up my items. You either want business or you don't, you either want your job or you don't. Supply issues and covid 19 are not an excuse for lazy service. Get it together.

I’ve asked the sales associate if they can give us 5% tax since the clothes are for my 13 yr old daughter. She told me that she can’t do it i was so shocked as she hasn’t finish the transaction. I’ve tried to talk to her again and repeat my request instead of explaining to me properly she got angry at me and my daughter. Worst customer service! I will never ever shop in this store again!Manager and her staff are very rude! The manager never tried to fix the problem instead she asked me to leave the store.Very disappointed at this location (Guildford mall)

Forever 21 has been a reliable place to get cute clothing, but at the end of the day it’s just a fast fashion place. The clothes are trendy and they have lots of collections to accommodate different size ranges. That being said the clothing is frequently poor quality, and it’s overpriced if you aren’t getting a discount. Additionally it’s not really a place that provides customer service which is not my favourite (but that’s just my personal preference). Overall I definitely do shop here and would recommend it, but it’s nothing special.

Recently, I did some shopping at your store located in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC. Good selection of clothing, but I was very disappointed that the changing rooms at this location are still closed and that shoppers are still being asked to purchase clothing, try on at home, then are being told that there is a no refund policy and we can only exchange. Something about this seems off to me.I understand very well that at the start of the pandemic, shoppers in almost every store, if not all stores, were being asked to wear masks and not to use the changing rooms in an effort to curb the spread of the virus we are battling. While still keeping the mask mandate in place, many stores have now reopened their changing rooms to their shoppers, for their convenience. What I do not understand is why shoppers are permitted to hang around in your store for as long as they like, shopping for and handling clothing, yet they are not permitted to use the changing rooms to see if these clothes fit. One question I've asked myself is, how does using the changing rooms to try clothing while wearing a mask any less risky than shoppers parading the aisles of the store and handling the same clothes for up to half an hour while wearing masks?I am beginning to wonder if I am being taken advantage of as a customer, and I do not feel good about that. Here is my rationale. Your store is asking customers to purchase merchandise, knowing very well that any amount spent on these items, small or great, automatically becomes the customer's loss and your gain. In any case, when a customer shops for clothing, it is likely that this customer will have to try up to two sizes of the same item of clothing before making a decision. This is not a problem. This only becomes a problem for the customer when that customer has to purchase up to two sizes of the same item of clothing to try on at home and is only left with the option of exchanging these items, even if neither of the items tried on were the right size or fit for the customer. This backs the customer into a corner, leaving him/her no choice but to exchange these items with other items he/she might not need. This was my personal experience and this left me feeling robbed of my freedom to choose. I am sure that I am not the only one. Please know that I understand very well that it is in your right to have an exchange only" policy. What I do not appreciate is when customers are backed into this policy
