After going to both the Georgian Mall location and the Essa road Location I was very pleased to finally deal with someone who was willing to help us out, and figure out what suited us best instead of being lazy and unknowledgable. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we left happy. I definitely recommend going there.

Came to Freedom mobile after having a very frustrating experience with my last provider. All of my questions were answered and made me feel very comfortable about making the switch. Recieved my new phone and a very competitive plan on the spot. Also, this provider offers a referral bonus to our family and friends. Would highly recommend this location. Sapinder offered excellent customer service!

I went to replace my phone as advertised and the agent said I can't. I need to buy a new product withit I will receive a new phone. I am an old client and always pay on time as you can tell devoted costumer to freedom and I do need an updated phone as you advertised and according to the emailes recieved from you. I'm disappointed.

Went in today to hook up an old phone for my granddaughter, as hers smashed, unfortunately it didn't work. Sapinder hooked me up with a new Motorola for free and my grandaughter is happy again. Update: what a difference two years make. It took me 4 hours to pay out a tab on an old phone and get a new one as the staff member on shift, did not understand English, not a little bit. I won't be returning to this store again.

After dealing with all the other locations, I stepped into this new location and Sapinder and Sam were both great! They helped me out on getting a new phone and even helped me out setting it up! Extremely satisfied ;)

I came to the store just for advice, however, I walked out with 4 new lines and phones. I was extremely happy with the service. As soon as I walked into the store, the employee, Brad, had a big smile on his face! I knew I was going to be well served.

TERRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE: Feb. 22 at noon. Walked in telling the guy that I wanted to switch service from Rogers to Freedom (for my wife & I). Told him we were bringing our own phones. Overall, he was very rude right from the onset. He seemed more interested in playing his game on his phone than interacting with me. He expected me to put the new sim cards into our phones. Once I convinced him to do it, the phones would not work. He neglected tell me when I came in that there might be a problem with our phones being proprietary to rogers (both phones are paid out) and as a result the SIMs wouldn't work. I walked out of the store with 2 non-working phones (he said I had to call rogers to unlock the phones, something he would not do for me). As a result, we both went 1.5 weeks without cell service before we were finally able to take it to the Freedom at Georgian mall. This guy at the Younge street store was terrible. Avoid this store, go to the once at Georgian, even if it is out of the way (which it was for us).

Had a great experience dealing with Sapinder. I had several questions about the Freedom service and he was very good at explaining patiently. He really helped me with my decision. I would certainly recommend giving the store a look if needed help with phone decisions.

Staff are simply amazing at his location! They found me a phone case that no one else had, and the young woman was very happy and polite during our interaction! Excellent customer service!
