Everyone who I talked to was very helpful and it was a pleasure to have sincere conversation and get honest advice.Not like any other regular retail stores where employees are only going by the script.At motohut they know their products very good and can analyze your needs and offer a suitable product. Excellent online buying experience. I was looking for a retailer of Knox Armour products in Canada. Even sweeter, the pricing is reasonable. The web store was easy to navigate and straightforward. Stock levels were kept up to date. MotoHut is a credit to the Canadian riding industry!I ordered a Knox Urbane Pro jacket/riding shirt. The size I ordered was much to small. But MotoHut was there to take care of me. Correspondence (by email) was timely and friendly. The exchange happened quickly and painlessly. And I’m on the other side of the country from them! I would not hesitate to order from them again. Keep up the great work and customer service!

I discovered Motohut when I was searching for the new Schuberth C5 helmet. I wanted a specific colour scheme and no other companies had it in stock or were able to get is within a reasonable amount of time (I ordered it from another online company in January and after 3 months of waiting, I was still not guaranteed a date of arrival). Motohut responded to my email almost instantly, said they had one enroute and that it was expected in their store within a few days. They were true to their word, it arrived in their store on the Wednesday and they shipped it to me the next day. The communication with this company was stellar! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

Came across Motohut by accident. Turns out most people I spoke to, didn’t know about them.The products and brands they carry, you won’t find anywhere else in Canada. The selection is excellent. They are slowly expanding their line up. Already bought 2 excellent pieces of gear from them and I doubt this will be the last of it.Customer service is informative and responsive.Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

I bought a Pando Moto SHELL UH 02 online. It was on sale at 20% off, and because it was my first purchase I was offered another 10% off. I got free shipping because my purchase was over $59.00... or so I thought... read on).There was a bit of a screw up with the delivery tracking using their SHOP tracker app (useless in my opinion)—I was informed that the package had been delivered. It hadn't. Sorrell straightened that out fairly quickly, and sent me a Canada Post tracking#. So far so good.The package arrives, and the Pando SHELL doesn't fit. So I send an email saying that I want to return it. The response was that since I bought it on sale AND received an extra 10% for my first purchase, that I could not return it (it was suggested that I give it to a friend"). Nothing suggested that I would not be able to return my purchase as I went through the buying process.I called Sorrell—he explained that it was an industry standard that if you buy something on sale that it is non returnable. When I explained that I'd had no problems returning items bought on sale to both Revzilla and FortNine

I found this shop via a web search, and I'm so glad I did!I needed a Sena SC 2 for my new Schubert helmet, and most places that carry it were out of stock. At MotoHut, not only was it on sale, they shipped it out the same day and it arrived in record time with no added hassle.As I installed the device onto my helmet, it wasn't working, and I knew I'd have to get some support to figure out what was wrong. I was pleasantly surprised to see that MotoHut had a direct number to call (no chat bots to frustrate the heck out of you). I called the number, figuring I'd have to leave a message and wait days for a response. My call was answered after 3 rings, and within minutes Sorrell, the Sales Manager, determined that he needed to put me in contact with the Schubert rep; he then followed up with an email to tell me to expect a call from the rep that same day! The call came in, and the issue was addressed (a simple fix that was easily described over the phone), all in one afternoon--and a Friday, to boot. I'm now a happy biker once again.Sorrell, you rock! I'll definitely be buying from MotoHut again.

A small, boutique style motorcycle shop, run by a very friendly motorcycle enthusiast. Excellent choice of clothing and helmets some of which are quite unique. Well worth visiting.

I bought a Pando bodysuit online and it fits great! Such good quality and it doesn’t feel heavy. I reached out to customer service to ask a few questions and they were really friendly and willing to help. Will definitely purchase from them again as I need to buy a new helmet soon.

I can't say enough good about this place. I placed an order for a new helmet and some accessories a few weeks ago and it showed up ahead of schedule. The packaging was top notch. I had a couple of questions about one of the items I ordered and their response time was very quick and extremely helpful. Very highly recommended!

Great collections and friendly staff! Picked up cargo trousers that I ordered online in store today and was offered to try on to see if the size fits. Great experience overall! Went home and decided to order a pair of shoes online straight away. Will definitely come back.
