Yikes, It's hit or miss with this location but more likely a miss. Insanely slow even when it's not busy. More recently they decided to add a tip function on the drive through debit machine which is ridiculous.The first time I experienced it last week the barista handed me my 2 drinks and a sandwich after almost 15 minutes in the drive through and then I had to ask for a sleeve and napkins. Tipping at a drive through should not be an expectation and it's extra insulting when the person serving you doesn't even do the bare minimum. Do better. This may be the worst location on the island.

Went here at 5 PM today and ordered a hazelnut latte with blonde roast and oat milk the lady asked me five times if it was blonde roast when I got to the window they didn’t even put blonde roast in it they then remade it for me and gave me drip coffee or some thing that tasted absolutely disgusting. Never coming back here and I want my $6.05 back. You guys clearly can’t train your employees and have ruined my day.

I hope noone have to experience this what I experienced specially in this morning when you ask just for a coffee. I think, staff themselves need a coffee before giving someone else. literally, I asked twice for Venti Cafe latte and lady who was taking order on cash didn't even asked my name to put on coffee to avoid confusion as it was busy. she gave me Grande decaf". I mean after asking me twice if you offer me this then you just ruin my morning and my mistake to ask for simple just coffee. please can you be aware while working and r u willing to listen customer what they are asking? I hope others do not get this type of morning."

Don't think I'll be coming back here again, your order is almost never done right, everything is done in a hurry.. But the unforgivable part for me was when I saw the barista use the blender for a drink, throw the blender in the sink, then grab that same blender a few minutes later FROM THE SINK and use it for a different drink while it was all dirty and had bits in it from the previous drink!! Disgusting.

I love coming here. Chris was excellent, helped explain the ingredients when I asked and was super kind. The rest of the staff keep the place really clean and wipe it down often!

The slowest Starbucks in the Universe. On top of that, they've added a tip function?! Workers take forever, poor customer service skills, and then they want a tip on top?!

I’ve lived in Langford for 11 years and this is consistently the worst walk in location in greater Victoria. Drive through is fine but it’s so slow getting a drink inside. The manager, Chris, really needs to be better trained or replaced. Bad for brand.

Micky, Candace, and Ashley were the best (plus the girl in the ponytail but didn't get her name)! If I were a local, I'd make this my go-to location. They went above and beyond in making my drinks and were friendly and professional the whole time. Great experience!
