Just picking up an item for my daughter. Got directed to it in 10 seconds from the lady near the front door. Too easy. Nothing scary !!!!

They decide on the fly what's final sale and what isn't.We had asked if they have change rooms to try on what we were buying. They said no but you can try it on at home and return it if it doesn't fit. I responded with so we can return both of these if they don't fit" and were told yes. When we tried to return the one that didn't fit we were told that the costume was final sale.No where on the tags

Amazing costume selection for adults and children. Prices are high but comparable to other costume stores or online. No fitting room to try things on to confirm sizing but they have a fair return and exchange policy.

A bit pricey and kind of a bummer, can't try anything on.My costume was made out of a strange material which dyed my skin black and was a bit itchy.Still fun to check it out

Seems to have changed in the last couple years. I would always go check out what's new and lately not much. They used to have amazing big displays for the latest animatronic scary props now it's just set out on the floor. Also it used to be 50% off after Halloween this year only 25% off. I used to buy about $200 every sale now it was only $45 due to only 25% off and not much stock. I am Not sure if it's a new owner or Manager.

Not overly impressed with this store as it is generally really messy, and over priced with cheap Chinese made costumes. The return policy is not great either. The good thing is that they have a good selection of costumes for adults and children. Just be prepared to bring your wallet. Staff aren’t out going and seem stressed/confused. If you go right before Halloween it is overwhelming with the amount of people in the store.

Dissapointed. Most of the animatronics were not working. And Had hardly any for sale. Stock was pretty low on most stuff and prices were too high.

Great selection of costumes and accessories! I found everything that I needed for Halloween! But I was a little disappointed that their website said they were open until 11pm last night. Then when I went in around 8:45pm, I was told by an employee,Just so you know
