One of the branches of my large tree was damaged in the May 2022 storm and was hanging over the house. Vaughan Tree Care came immediatley when we voiced that we needed an emergency tree removal. Their expertise shined through the entire removal, they worked quickly and safely as a team and removed the branch in record time with no damage to the house. I was very impressed by the service and would use them again.

This company was the best tree care company we have ever hired, offering professional, excellent service, reasonable costs, and on-site quotes. We can't prune our maple tree by ourselves because it is far too large. As my enormous tree was getting close to the power lines, I called these people to prune it. At the appointed time, they arrived, got right to work, and completed in an hour. Seeing them so close to the overhanging lines at first made me uneasy, but these guys are experienced and skilled at navigating the trees. Good value for such knowledgeable workers. Excellent service is offered at affordable rates by Vaughan Tree Care. Since I was intending to have my maple tree removed so that I could build a deck in the rear, I called them to ask about their tree removal and stump removal services. They were accommodating when it came to working around my demanding schedule and were quite forgiving when I switched around the days. I don't think I've ever seen a crew cut down a tree that quickly, but their services were incredibly swift. This company is an honest and professional tree care company. They provided all the necessary services fpr our tree and stump removal and didn’t try to upsell or add anything on, which I appreciated greatly. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, explained the procedure and went straight to work. Within an hour, the tree was gone, the debris was all cleared out, and they got to work on the stump. THey did a great job - you can not even tell there used to be a tree there. My entire experience with Vaughan Tree Care has been pleasant. The arborist, Lisa, was very knowledgable about her craft and explained the entire tree removal process for me so that I had no doubts going in. The crew tht came were very friendly and did a great job. They were careful not to hit my gardenbeds and were cognizant of the space they were in. They even cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great service from Lisa and her team at Vaughan Tree Care. I had initially called for a tree removal, and was surprised at the customer service quality. From the first phone call, she was friendly, prompt and very organized. They got us booked for the next day and arrived exactly when they specified. They did a survey of the area and let me know a quote on-site. She explained how the process of the removal would work based on how hte tree was growing, and was already checking her schedule to see when she could book us in.
