Well here it is it would not of been rated so high but there burger was one of the best tasting burgers I have ate in a long time ! Truely a awesome experience eating fast food cause of it . Now the fry's where ok but since I had them as poutine they where horrible the reason for this was the gravy . Tasted like garbage mixed with hard boiled egg smell mixed with that after taste you get from those super strong little blue sleeping pill that make you feel like you where chewing on tin foil. With that being the said the service was quick and no language barriers, as well as the place seemed like the cold feel of an empty church during an AA meeting while being hung over

Great location, friendly staff and great treats.Came here for a blizzard was greated upon entry and maxe welcome.Got a scor blizzard which was made in record time.Restaurant was clean, no dirt it was spotless, bathrooms too.

The service at this location was great before the new owners took over and hired new employees.They don't say hi or thank you and could care less about being friendly.This experience has happened three times in a row , so I no longer go there.The place is very dirty and the whole back parking lot has rats running around all the over flowing garbage bins

This location's business ethics is petty and highly questionable. It may seem so small that nobody cares, but people should know that this is what your business does.I visited this location today for lunch due to a promotion / coupon for a Stackhouse 1/3lb Cheeseburger Combo for $7.99.I was charged the combo, soda tax (misleading description on the receipt) and a paper bag (even though I was dining in when a bag is not needed). Overall, my total came out to $8.97 as per the receipt / picture. The cashier rings up the total and says $9.00 please".I paid with a $10 bill and given a loonie back.While waiting

One of the worst DQ store i have been to. Imagine waiting for 4 mins just to get your order and was asked to wait for a another 4 mins to get a large blizzard to go. There no one in store when i got there but the lady decided that preparing skip orders are more important than customers at the store. When in fact the skip order sandwiches are not even ready.

8.00$ onion rings lol and under cooked. My two double cheese burgs were cold cheese wasn't even melted. Had to pry to get 2 little packages of ketchup.

We always noticed this location has no customers and now we know why. We ordered 2 banana splits and the counter girl started to walk away after we paid but had not asked what toppings we wanted so my husband politely called her back to say what topping we wanted. She reacted very sharply and blamed my husband for not telling her ealier. When we recieved them all our bananas were black and bruisedWhen I took them out and asked for good ones the girl did not apologize and just gave me a full unpeeled banana to divide between the 2 banana splits. She was also sharp with the customers before and after us. Each time placing the blame on the customers and taking no accountable or being sympathic. We will NEVER return to this location and understand why it is usually empty. So much for trying to support a local business. Only gave 1 star so could give a review.

Bought some dinner & a treat this evening a new bacon double cheese burger & Oreo mint blizzard. Sign says served upside down or next one free was thrown on the counter and server walked away no receipt no thank you food was good service was terrible

Terrible customer service, staff are rude and have zero knowledge of the menu and Dairy Queen items. I was told I cannot have extra cheese for my poutine even though I was willing to pay (which is obvious and was stated many times). Don’t waste your time here. Garbage quality and customer service. Big waste of time.
