These guys really set the standard for quality support. Darrin helped me find the used tractor I needed and when I had a small issue with the loader control valve he was there all the way (including a brand new control valve) to make it right. I would not go anywhere else to buy a tractor in Nanaimo.

I recently bought a John Deer lawn mower from Home Depot. However they had no baggers in stock and couldn't order any. I contacted PrairieCoast equipment and they had a bagger at my door step the next day! The were quick, informative and easy to use. Thank you for the great service!

I have owned John deere agricultural tractor for over 25 years, currently I own 4 John deere tractors I use for contract work. Over the past three years I have been relying on Naniamo branch to help me with some problem solving of my machines. Most specifically my 1997 John Deere 8200. It was running fine, however the engine light was flashing. After, four service trips uploading different programs into the ECU, the technician told me the ECU was faulty, he then ordered the wrong ECU and installed it in the tractor, now suddenly the tractor would rpm would rev out of control, the technician diagnosed the problem to a faulty rack in the injection pump, a new 8000 dollar injection pump was installed, and the problem remained. Ended up the wrong ECU was installed in the machine. Cost me over 30,000 in down time and parts I never needed. Furthermore, hired them again to replace steering priority valve. They screwed that up to adjusted the old valve against what the technical manual advises. Now I have hydraulic psi problems and lights, plus they would not take the new 3000 dollar priority valve back. Asked Derrick the service manager for warranty, he told me he doesn't want my business anymore and left me out to dry. Horrible company, ill never deal with that branch ever again!
