I have been seeing Annie since the beginning of my pregnancy and I can't say enough good things about her. She is an expert in her field, she is so caring, friendly, and kind. We had a few scares but fortunately with her treatments made it to full-term. I will definitely be seeing her again during any future pregnancies. Highly recommend!

After struggling with unexplained infertility for 2.5 years, we decided to try acupuncture once, before starting traditional fertility treatments. Annie was kind, empathetic, supportive and so helpful. She took her time, asked a lot of questions, and provided ample reassurance. We got pregnant the first month of treatment and have a beautiful 9 month old now. Of course I can't say for certain it was the TCM and acupuncture, but I like to think it was. After trying for so long, I know it had at least some impact. I encourage you to meet with Annie if you are in the same position. I cannot say enough good things.

My lower back pain was significantly reduced, and I was able to move more freely and comfortably.Raymond was equally fantastic. He worked wonders on my tight muscles, and he was able to adjust my spine in a way that gave me immediate relief. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was and the care he took to make sure I was comfortable during the entire session.I highly recommend Appleby Wellness Centre to anyone in need of acupuncture or chiropractic care. Annie is very helpful and kind. She explains everything. She helped me 6yrs ago with acupuncture. The clinic itself is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place.

I have tried it a few different massage therapists, and Raymond is by far the best one I have been to! I enjoy the fact that Appleby Wellness Clinic offers various services to try, including acupuncture with Annie. For me, massage therapy offers a next level of peace and comfort using the traditional Chinese medicine style. Whenever I leave a session, I am left feeling less stress, less tension, calmness, and an overall sense of peace and ease. Not to mention, it’s also great to pair with intense workouts or if you have knots or built up tension due to stress. I am always left feeling 10x better than how I came!

I have been going to Appleby Wellness Centre for the past few months due to my poor posture that resulted in muscle tensions throughout my body.I went today again and Raymond has been very attentive and came up with a customized treatment plan. The condition has been getting better after every treatment. Highly recommended!

Prior to coming to see Annie I was struggling to get pregnant. After two rounds of IVF and multiple failed frozen embryo transfer cycles I decided to try acupuncture. With Annie’s help I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and preparing for the birth of my daughter. Highly recommend.
