I recently purchased the 2019 Infinity QX50 and I am super satisfied with my purchase! Not only is the car luxurious and a pleasure to drive, but the entire process was made easy thanks to the help of sales manager Joe.Throughout the negotiation process, Joe was respectful and made sure that everything was clear and understood. Last visit at this location and mario was moved to an other location and it shows . I waited for my car and beside the service who was not at its best . I was i the waiting room when the cleaning guys came in with a persistent caught and wearing his mask under the nose. I proceeded immediately outside and advise the service . No action where taken and they let me sit outside at -30 until he was done. Employees where also walking in and out with no mask. Stay away from this place for you safety. This is not the kind of service you expect from a luxury car dealer. Might go back to Audi after this .

The service provided by the new sales manager Jonathan was excellent. He was professional and courteous. Being an Ottawa resident and a first time Infiniti buyer, I would highly recommend the drive to Gatineau. The entire process went smoothly and was very enjoyable.
