Dennis diagnosed the alternator I brought to him and found no faults, and was honest enough to recommend not rebuilding when there is no issue at the present time.

OMG! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a garage!! I took my motorhome here to have a few things looked at. 2 weeks after I brought it in I hadn't heard back from them so I called to see what was taking so long. They hadn't gotten to it yet. we explained that we needed it back to get it winterized before the weather is cold. They were always getting to it tomorrow. When I asked in the beginning if they worked on motorhomes he said yes, when can I bring it in? Bring it next wednesday morning. Ok I brought it in wednesday.6 weeks later, we got it back. Nothing was fixed.My husband was on the phone pleading with them almost everyday trying to find out when it would be fixed. When can we pick it up it still needs to be e-tested. Then the weather changed and it became winter.We asked yesterday that they put it inside as all the lines will freeze in this cold weather we have not had it winterized yet, and we were told yes they will take good care of it. we got it back today, finally, and took it to be winterized. Guess what? The lines are all frozen, it's ruined. They also did not fix anything we asked them to fix, we only got 2 new batteries, that's it, 2 new batteries installed, TOOK 6 WEEKS AND NOW ALL OUR WATERLINES ARE RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Apparently, the batteries went dead while it was there and it was deemed that they needed to be replaced too. They were brand new 3 years ago. Just sayin'When we picked it up, the step would not retract, this is one of the things they were supposed to fix, it was stuck half way up, and it drains the battery, you cannot drive it like this, Denis walked away and left my husband there himself to deal with the step half way up and then to get a 34 ft rig turned around in the tight parking lot with all the other vehicles in it and out onto the street.DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!! They wouldn't even look at my husband when he was paying the bill, they were all looking down and to the left and definitely not into his eyes. What's up with this place? They all looked so guilty.They could have said no, we cannot work on your unit, or no, we are too busy to work on your unit or no, we do not work on motorhomes, or just no would have sufficed. Does anyone know a good motorhome mechanic in niagara I still need my motorhome repaired and no, Sicard's has also ripped us off so I need another place. It's just a couple of little things, it's a beautiful motorhome, almost brand new, or at least it was until COMMERCIAL AUTO ELECTRIC GOT THEIR HANDS ON IT

I have dealt with Commercial for years any time I need an alternator or starter, etc. Denjis is amazing, knows his stuff better than anyone I have ever met, and has huge inventory. A few years ago both alternators on my 33 foot Carver yacht bit the dust. I was in Toronto at the time for a day cruise. After searching high and low in the Toronto area for a replacement, low and behold Dennis was the only person I could find anywhere with the proper replacement in stock, and the price was better than buying online. You can't go wrong with these guys I promise you!
