So your going to continuously use Covid as an excuse? I called 3 other health clinics and only test one day a week or not at all and just ask me to go to a website? So people just need to figure it out on their own? What kind of clinic is this, don't claim you give care or resources if you just want people to go to a useless website.

Was in today, Staff was great. Its nervous going to clinic for free HIV test, but they are very welcoming, they know exactly how to make you feel comfortable, give straight forward advice, as well as info about local problems. She went out of her way to provide the best care possible to me. A+++

There's a lack of transparency at the agency, which is sad to say. Much more needs to be done.It's been four years of pure chaos at ARCH. The focus has mainly been on one group of people but at the expense of another. They are disorganized. A re-structure of the agency is required. A better balance between the two groups is needed. PHAs, especially the older ones, have been left aside. Each group needs their own location and safe space. I hope the agency will get their act together soon.

A friendly atmosphere pervades the space. Extremely kind and helpful staff, accessible bathroom on site, excellent COVID considerations. I expected to be on a wait list to see a specialist for months and months but compared to other clinics the wait was really good.

Have been visiting the clinic for about two years, always a positive and friendly welcoming experience. Dr. Jiwa and the staff are wonderful. Hardly any wait time when I was first seen, appointments are easy and accessible.
