They really know about their business and the best thing is they answer every single question you have, take the time to explain what is happening, how to fix it and they do not overprice. Got a quote easily online, went in for a small repair. Tessa was very supportive and knowledgeable. Very friendly and transparent. They'll educate you on details of your repair, let you know what's needed and not needed. Very well run business.

The BEST automotive repair shop! I had my vehicle diagnosed at a different shop in another city, booked it in with T Squared. When they went to go change it, the parts were fine! They gave me a correct diagnosis and saved me money. Communication is top notch, turn around time is reasonable and exactly as expected, service is trustworthy. Will be recommending this shop to every and anyone!

You will not get away from the dreaded diagnostic charge. Even if it takes no time at all to make sure your brakes actually need to be replaced, they will look and say yes you are right - you need brake pads" >> diagnostic charge. It would be more reasonable if you book in your pads to be replaced for no diagnostic charge
