I don’t like giving bad reviews but this experience with this store deserves it, you would think going to the store is lees complicated than online or by phone well here is NOT the case. I opened an account with them getting a new phone too, and it was never delivered I tried calling and they told me to go to the store( with a bad attitude) and they never send it the phone to be delivered! After having to call different numbers finally found someone helpful in costumer service you’re better off calling

Last night I experienced TOP LEVEL customer service at your store. Samuel C and Michael went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me with an issue related to my cell phone that is from an international provider.They helped me navigate a situation with a local provider to unlock an old device so I could use my international sim card while waiting to get my current phone in for a repair.Never have I had such kind and helpful people assist me and go out of their way to help solve my problems. Anyone would be lucky to have employees like Samuel and Michael working for them.

The young man was professional, yet we connected on a personal note, also. He instantly solved my problem, and some places may have charged for that. My opinion of Videotron is rapidly improving.
