Modern has installed an HVAC system for me at my old place. The service was great, professional and clean! They really know what they're doing and as a client looking for value, I was pleased. They've since done work on my new house as well and I have only the same to say. Highly Recommended.

Beyond impressed with the service, care and friendly customer service we received from Modern Heating! We called for a diagnostic test of our A/C unit as it had been on the fritz for the past week, they were prompt and had a technician out to our home the next morning! The technician who met with my in-laws for us was informative, honest and up front, and was quick to perform the diagnostic testing and provide us with a result. We were then able to reach out with the sales team and worked with Nathan, who made the effort to come by our house and meet with my in-laws on our behalf, and leave us information pamphlets, and his card to help us make an informed decision, and smart purchase! Nathan then made himself available for us to contact after our working hours to continue with our purchase ourselves, and ask any further questions we had. We are very happy service we received from the individuals we dealt with and would further recommend, and utilize Modern Heating for our heating and cooling needs!

I've had service from Modern Heating in the past and decided to use them again. One of my best moves ever.I had them install a new gas water heater to replace an old rental. The men who installed the unit were professional, friendly and fast. Even though I thought running a vent would be difficult, they took it in stride and did a great job. No worries for me.Now I have a new water heater and no payments.My first experience with Modern was on a chilly Christmas morning in the 90's when my furnace ignitor failed. They came and fixed it within a short time - now that's service!I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Ian came today and performed routine maintenance on my Lennox furnace and a/c unit. He was polite, courteous and did what needed to be done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with Modern Heating from Brantford.

Boonstra quoted me $950 for replacing a furnace gas valve and Nathan got me the same one installed for $400 with the same part and warranty.Excellent value and service and very fast response.

I was given the opportunity to use several installers for our Central Air. I knew that these guys were top notch from previous family experience and for their reputation around town too. I am so glad that we decided to use Modern Heating as they were very considerate and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process (from quotation / install / after care). They were not high pressure sales at all and were very easy to understand for the various options of equipment available. They even asked for my personal input for the final install which I thought was excellent so as to make sure we were happy with the finished install (also took into consideration my back gate use and keeping the outdoor unit far enough away so as not to hinder the egress / ingress of lawnmower and snow blower from backyard). I highly recommend them to anyone considering any HVAC install in their home or business as they are the best!! Thanks for the great service and making this process effortless!!

Modern Heating is awesome! They installed our new furnace in 2002 and have done the yearly maintenance for the past 10+ years. When we call to book an appointment for the annual maintenance they are here within less than one week and their servicemen are superb! Would highly recommend them.

I’m extremely happy with Modern Heating. They put in a new furnace, new central air unit, a new hot water tank and fixed my chimney. They responded and had everything installed within days. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and was always on time. Nathan was awesome to deal with and responded back to me asap. I highly recommend this company.

When I bought my house, the very FIRST thing I had to do (the day I got the key) was have the furnace checked because it had quit the week before. (House was not occupied). It needed to be replaced and the service man said he remembered installing that furnace when he first started with the company (30-40 years earlier). They got a new one installed for me as quickly as possible, considering we were in a cold snap and they were busy. 5 years later, we're in a heat wave and I decided to get AC installed. They came promptly, gave me a good quote and had my AC in soon after. I find them courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and reliable. I'd recommend them to anyone

Had speedy next day service repair to my furnace. The technician was prompt, courteous and good humored. The staff in the office were very professional and welcoming. Overall great experience and I'll definitely be ringing them for any future heating and cooling needs!
