Tyler Hatch of DFI Forensics was incredibly helpful. He was adamant about providing the most economic and practical solution, with an interest to serve rather than to make the most for himself. He came to me (personal service!), and I gained access to 7 years worth of valuable files on a 4TB drive, solving my issue in a matter of 20 minutes.This is in contrast to other respondents, all of them having proposed first troubleshooting, and giving labor quotes of hundreds per hour, with a few weeks turnaround time.This is a competent person with high integrity.Candy

I would not hesitate in recommending Tyler and his team. When my phone was factory reset in error I was at a loss what to do. Tyler got back to me within 20 minutes, despite the fact it was a Sunday afternoon. The team leant me a loaner phone, explained what they were going to do with my phone and kept me updated throughout the process.
