As with many businesses in Windsor that I have had to deal with ProResp had an office person assure me that the technician who came to sert up my equipment would move things out of the way to put the O2 maker where I wanted it. NOT. Nothing should ever be promised, even verbally, that the staff are not willing to do. He continually told me he wasn't a mover.I live in a rented house with few electrical outlets and the only choice of a place to plug in the oxygen generator was one in my livingroom with two outlets, one of which can be turned off by a light switch. I had my hand vacuum plugged into the other one. Rather than move the vacuum to the outlet that could be inadvertently switched off and use the one that would be always live, he used the outlet controlled by the one with the switch. DUMB.He was too anxious to get on to his next installation which was obviously scheduled too close to mine and rather than have his office reschedule that visit, he gave me 'short shrift'.Like so many other no-nothing companies here in Windsor, they always want to save time by having their clients sign blank doduments. The one presented to me didn't even have my name on it. As a law clerk having worked for major lawfirms in Toronto for a good deal of my life. coercing a client, especially an elderly lady who may not know any better, into signing a blank document may actually be fraud. It is about time that companies in this ciy learned some basic rules of law. As a caution to readers, NEVER sign a blank documrnt no matter how much you trust the person presenting it and if they cannot make you a photocopy, make sure it is in duplicate when filled in. You are entitled to an exact copy of what you signed.

The staff is amazing. Very knowledgable.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM! They have the rudest staff and will talk to you like there are thousands of people waiting in line. And they get annoyed when you inquire more as if its not our right to know!
