They have a great showroom. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have fair prices and offer a cheap delivery fee. Delivery timing is great as well. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.

Exceptional service! The guys brought our new couch to our house for $10 and carried it down a difficult flight of stairs and around a sharp corner with ease. My wife and I are very pleased with the price and overall experience from Plourde’s.

Don't recommend if you want a couch or anything faster than 6months. They love to push delivery dates/orders back. They won't even give compensation for the wait. All i got was it is out of our hands. So don't expect much from this place. They ask for your you number/email to update you on the order an they don't even do that. You call in an they'll tell you your couch was pushed back intil October when ordered in march.

I went into the store and was ignored by 3 salespeople, they were with other customers but they walked by me at least 6 times and would not even acknowledge my presence in the store. i stood being ignored, at the front desk with 2 people behind it, around 10 minutes before l walked out ,close to 30 minutes in the store. 2 bedrooms and a livingroom walked out. Off to daigle furniture madawaska. You only get a star because it won't let me give you none

Shawn was awesome. He help us with our issue and set us up for replacement of a defective mattress. We picked our replacement and bought a coffee table and two end tables for the same delivery date. Items will arrive in two days.When we have shopped at Plourde’s Furniture in the past our experience has been great from the time we walked in, to the delivery of our previous order and even the replacement of a defective item, we never received less than exceptional service! Thank you and we will be back.
