Unpleasant, unfmiliar with the idea of good service, making you feel you are subject to their charity & almost never answer the phone calls. This is a paid service not a charity. Please get a grip and familiarize your staff to accepted professional behaviour of 21st century Canada.

Too long a wait to discuss the results of the study. At least 6 weeks. I've been suffering for months now

I read the one star review and was concerned!Upon visiting Sleep Care for my evaluation, I had nothing but professional and kind staff helping me understand the process and procedures. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean.Thank you again Kathleen for helping me understand the process.

I just did my sleep test last night, and I have to say that the reality surpassed my expectations. I was prepared for a not so clean or in good conditions place to be honest, but the place is so clean and well maintained. The room is quite and comfortable. You might have less quality sleep of course because of the setting and all wires attached to you, but that's something you'd experience anywhere with this test, so I'd recommend you trying to get tired during the day so your body sleeps effortlessly!!Janet, the technician, is an amazing professional lady. She's so caring and gentle in setting you up and removing the wires in the morning as well. She also offered two extra sheets in case I felt cold while sleeping.Thank you Janet! I hope I spelled your name correctly :)

I recommend this clinic for sleep studies. The technician was very good in explaining the procedure and making the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and comfortable. Just note that the bed only includes a light sheet and it was a bit cold. You might want to consider bringing a blanket. I was worried about bed bugs but didn't seem to have any bites the next day.

I recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing sleeping issues like insomnia.The whole experience was enlightening!My room was clean and comfy. I just did the sleep study last night . Although I didn’t sleep well, the technician was incredible and so supportive.( even when I wanted to leave in middle of night and was feeling anxious ) his empathy and support was so much appreciated . The facilities were clean, quiet and yay no bed bugs. I’ve been putting off doing a sleep study for years , and glad I chose this place to do it . Thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend this place. Also, the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! Thanks everyone.

Both admin and clinical staff are rude and unpolished. They should have picked a different career, a job where they can simply be rude an unpleasant to others. The receptionist talks to you as if you asking her money! Why does OHIP allow such a mistreatment for us ontarians? Are there not control mechanisms in place?
