Very nice and helpful person for shoe repair. East side of Bathurst and Glencarine ave. Small store front easy to miss. Have to look for parking at times.

We went to Jacob's Shoe repair to see whether anything could be done with a pair of wider strappy sandals that we had purchased for my daughter. She has very narrow feet and it's very hard to get shoes that fit her. Jacob was able to shorten the straps so that the sandals fit comfortably and don't look as if they are too wide on her. Also, the fact that Jacob was able to get the work done in a speedy manner was a huge bonus. Thank you Jacob. We are thrilled with the results and we will definitely be coming back.

Jacob is an interesting character. I specifically went to him to have a battery in my watch replaced and also a a brand new leather band I had bought to be installed. He charged me $20 and I believe that was quite Fair considering there were two services included. I would recommend him highly. He's obviously very honest since he doesn't take any cash. It would appear that everything is done through the ATM processor. But in any case check him out.

So happy and impressed. My dog ruined my brand new shoes and Jacob fixed them so nicely, they literally look as good as new. Highly recommend!
