I have a very square upper body, no waist and no hips. I thought trying to find the right dress would be a difficult, long and exhausting process. I was wrong! I found the perfect dress that was absolutely flattering to my figure. I was in and out in an hour. Also, you cannot beat the prices. I easily fell within my budget. Probably tried on 8 dresses. There were SO many to choose from. The staff was so helpful and the experience was very laid-back. Highly recommend!

We made an appointment to try on wedding dresses at Lucent Bridal and had the BEST experience. Melissa was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable and so helpful. We were able to pick out a bunch that our party liked and Melissa went above and beyond and really listened and learned what we were looking for and brought us some great options. I ended up finding THE DRESS!!!! I cant say enough good things about this place. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you Melissa and Lucent Bridal!

found this place off of an instagram ad saying it was 50% off and they didn’t lie! this dress shop is basically a mini warehouse filled with tons of dresses (sorted by size, which makes it really easy to go through everything) and all of them are marked down to 50% of the original warehouse price.i ended up buying my wedding dress here for just over $800 with tax, and i love it! it fit me perfectly minus the length (but it was super easy to get hemmed). mine has little sleeves on it that i absolutely love, but they have a huge variety of different dresses.went here to meet up with a friend getting her dress as well & she found the same thing, it’s so much easier than going to multiple stores to try things on. we found that it has better quality than the cheaper places at West Edmonton Mall and is way more affordable than the high-end stores as well.it’s really easy to set up an appointment (even with covid), we just called the number & set up a time with the guy, who came in and mostly left us alone! we knew where he was the whole time, and it was SO NICE & anxiety reducing to not have someone constantly checking up on you every time you try something on!!!!! seriously i LOVED this place, he makes you feel super welcome and like you can just go at your own pace with no pressure! and he’s close enough at all times that he’s always available to help if needed!the change rooms are also GIGANTIC and flat on the ground so they’re easily accessible for anyone- and they have a large mirror for you to use as well as chairs for additional guests to sit and wait/watch!thank you, guy who runs Lucent Bridal!!

To experience a boutique level of professionalism and quality of gowns and then to arrive at our Lucent appointment was a flop.We had to find the rep constantly, she wasn’t involved with zipping and pinning and when she was she had no tact. It is a vulnerable thing to be changing in and out of dresses, feeling like you’re on display and not having sizing comments made delicately… you think it would be an industry standard be supportive and uplifting.Having multiple brides at once, you won’t have a personal experience, which is notable since the dresses seemed to be lower quality but priced the same as a boutique.

Shopping at Lucent was a fabulous experience!! I was there last Thursday with my Mom, sister’s and maid of honour. We loved how relaxed it was and that we could take our time and just enjoy the experience. Being a size 18/20, I LOVED that I could try on dresses in my size and not have to guess at what it would actually look like. I tried on at least 10 dresses and bought the first one I tried on. We loved not having pushy sales people and enjoyed the feedback and help when we needed it. I would 100% recommend Lucent!!

After shopping a few stores, I was getting very frustrated not being able to fit into the sample sizes. And how can I buy a dress that I don't know I will like?! I reached out to each bridal store in the area seeking stores with sample sizes above a 12 and was not having much luck. Lots of them stock size 8 to 12 only for samples or only had a very small sampling in 16+. Then I went to Lucent. There were racks and racks of beautiful dresses that fit me! I was able to be picky on style and still chose about a dozen of them to try on! It really helped me get a good idea for how they'd fit so I could identify what I did and didn't like in a dress. There were 2 I loved! Felt amazing to finally have choices and not just the fat girl" dresses so many consultants had shown me before. Curvy girls... Go to this store!"

We found my dress yesterday! A great laid back shop with tons of dresses and very kind helpful staff!They were wonderful to accommodate my large group I brought with me.I would definitely recommend searching for a dress here!

The dresses here are gorgeous!!!! The prices can't be beat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was the first place I looked for a dress and I walked out with the perfect one within an hour.

Incredible bridal experience! My parents and I came by to look for a wedding dress, and Lucent Bridal has an incredible selection. Amazing prices, service, and a relaxed shopping atmosphere helped us find THE dress. Cadence helped us so much with our selection, and pulled dresses I had no idea I would like. 10/10 service and selection. A must see for brides that want to see everything.

I said YES to the dress today!Melissa and her assistant were absolutely amazing in helping me find a dress that was perfect for me.I came in with an idea of the dress I wanted and they took the time to listen and suggest options I wouldn't even think of. I walked out with a dress I would have never picked on my own but looks perfect on me!They have a large selection in all sizes.Recommend this place 100% and I got my dress on sale at 50% off
